1. 사전 준비1. Planning

☐조사 범위·대상·기간을 명확히 정의한다.Define investigation scope, subjects, and timeframe.
☐수집의 법적 근거(취업규칙·내부규정·동의)를 확인한다.Confirm the legal basis for collection (policy, internal rules, consent).
☐개인정보보호·통신비밀보호 쟁점을 사전 검토한다.Review privacy and communications-secrecy issues in advance.

2. 수집 (Acquisition)2. Acquisition

☐원본은 보존하고 쓰기 방지(write-blocker) 상태로 수집한다.Preserve the original; acquire with a write-blocker.
☐수집 즉시 해시값(SHA-256)을 산출·기록해 무결성을 고정한다.Compute and record a hash (SHA-256) at acquisition to lock integrity.
☐수집 일시·담당자·장비·절차를 기록해 연계보관성(Chain of Custody)을 유지한다.Log time, handler, device, and procedure to maintain chain of custody.

3. 분석 (Analysis)3. Analysis

☐원본이 아닌 사본으로만 분석하고 원본 무결성을 유지한다.Analyze only on a working copy; keep the original intact.
☐키워드·타임라인 재구성·삭제 파일 복구로 쟁점을 좁힌다.Narrow issues via keywords, timeline reconstruction, and deleted-file recovery.
☐LLM·AI를 쓸 때는 제기된 의심을 반드시 원문 증거로 확정한다 — ‘AI가 찾고, 사람이 증명한다’.When using LLMs/AI, confirm every flagged suspicion with original evidence — ‘AI finds, humans prove’.

4. 보고 (Reporting)4. Reporting

☐분석 절차·도구·버전을 문서화해 재현 가능성을 확보한다.Document procedures, tools, and versions to ensure reproducibility.
☐위법수집증거 배제 등 증거능력 쟁점을 점검한다.Check admissibility issues, including exclusion of unlawfully obtained evidence.
☐징계·수사·소송에 대비해 보고서를 표준 형식으로 작성한다.Write the report in a standard format for discipline, investigation, or litigation.

5. 사후 관리5. Retention

☐증거·산출물의 보관·폐기 정책과 접근통제를 적용한다.Apply retention/disposal policy and access controls to evidence and outputs.
☐사건 종료 후 배운 점을 절차에 반영해 개선한다.Feed lessons learned back into the procedure after closure.
